Steph Wells is the lead developer of Strategy11 – a company specializing in WordPress plugins. Formidable forms and Display Widgets are a few of their most popular projects. She started her career as a Registered Nurse, and later self-taught herself Ruby on Rails and PHP after the first little bundle-of-joy came along in 2007. In less than four years, the Wells team graduated from client work with a self-sustaining plugin of their own.
